Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Sales based in Gurugram. The Team Lead Sales will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include overseeing team performance, conducting sales meetings, setting targets, and providing coaching and support to team members. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the team meets its sales goals.

  • Exemplary Analytical Skills for data analysis, sales trends, and forecasting
  • Proven experience in Team Management and effective leadership
  • Strong Customer Service orientation and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid Sales skills with a successful track record
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Experience in the tech or app industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
