Inbound Sales Executive – Hotel Industry
Department: Sales & Reservations
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Hotel/Travel Industry Preferred)
Job Summary
The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for handling incoming inquiries from guests, providing information about hotel services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to room reservations.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, pricing, hotel facilities, and promotions.
- Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering suitable room options.
- Maintain and update reservation details in the booking system.
- Follow up with potential guests to close leads and maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the front office and other departments for special guest requests.
- Manage cancellations, modifications, and special reservations professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Meet monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of all guest inquiries and bookings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or inbound sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle guest queries professionally and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems (IDS, PMS, or similar).
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
