Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective learners to understand their higher education needs, provide guidance on DegreeFYD's offerings, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The role involves managing outbound and inbound calls, nurturing leads through personalized communication, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Regular communication with internal teams to ensure prospects' needs are met is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in customer engagement, relationship building, and lead conversion
- Experience with tele-sales, outbound/inbound calls, and CRM systems, B2C
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools to assist with sales operations
- Self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus
