Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have at least 1 year of sales experience and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities: -

Develop and establish new inside sales practices to drive revenue growth.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

  • Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and product knowledge.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Collaborate with other team members & departments to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our sales approach.

Key Requirements: -

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales.

  • Proven ability to establish effective sales processes and meet sales goals.

  • Knowledge of inside sales principles and practices.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. (Absolutely no compromise on this).

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

  • Must have a reliable Wi-Fi connection at home for backup, if required.
