About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have at least 1 year of sales experience and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities: -
Develop and establish new inside sales practices to drive revenue growth.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other team members & departments to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our sales approach.
Key Requirements: -
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales.
Proven ability to establish effective sales processes and meet sales goals.
Knowledge of inside sales principles and practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. (Absolutely no compromise on this).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Must have a reliable Wi-Fi connection at home for backup, if required.
