Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – App Promotion (B2C Calling)

Location: Gurgaon sec-39 (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote our mobile application and drive user engagement through proactive B2C calling and relationship building.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential users, explaining the app's features and benefits, guiding them through the download and onboarding process, and ensuring a great user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Outreach and Engagement

Conduct outbound B2C calls to introduce and promote the mobile app to potential users.

Clearly communicate the app's value proposition and address user queries or objections.

Build trust and rapport with users through personalized communication.

  1. App Promotion and Conversion

Share app download links and guide users step-by-step through the download and registration process.

Track daily call and download conversion metrics.

Implement strategies to maximize app downloads and active user engagement.

  1. User Onboarding and Support

Assist new users during onboarding and ensure a smooth in-app experience.

Resolve initial issues or concerns and provide continuous user support.

Follow up with users to encourage retention and repeat usage.

  1. Reporting and Data Management

Maintain accurate records of user interactions and conversion data in CRM or Excel.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, downloads, and user activity.

Analyze conversion trends and suggest improvements to outreach strategy.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech)

CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA

Postgraduates (MBA)

CTC: ₹4 – ₹5.5 LPA

Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written (mandatory for metro audience).

Strong sales aptitude, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
