Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of NIITs mission, directly engaging with potential learners and driving enrolments into our career advancement programs.

  • Calling & Following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIITs mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
  • Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
  • Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or education sales is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable
