Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Noida, UP

Job Type: Initial 6-month contract position, further considered for long-term permanent position

Job Description:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include managing routine tasks, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and

ensuring smooth workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to

contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Filing & maintaining physical paper-copy materials

Organizing digital documents on cloud drive folders

Data entry & Managing records in both hard and soft copy formats

Managing printing, scanning, document signing.

Sending reminders and follow-ups to all vendors and members, as instructed

Booking travel and accommodations

Assist in accounting data entry of invoices, receipts, and expenses

Collecting and organizing invoices and orders

Email & phone Phone communication handling with vendors and customers

Tracking online orders and courier management

Filling details in bank forms, NDAs, registrations etc.

Monitor and restock office supplies and house-keeping inventory, as needed.

Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Handle routine correspondence and response to inquiries.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any stream

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google docs

Basic computer skills.

Good English communication skills, written and verbal

Attention to detail, thoroughness in clerical tasks

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
