Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches within the assigned cluster, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting business targets. Daily tasks include managing branch staff, developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves customer relationship management, addressing client queries, and promoting the company's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in branch management and operational oversight
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Proficiency in performance metrics monitoring and analysis
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of company policies and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
