Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Machine Learning Engineer
with over 4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy ML models that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
data science, programming, and software engineering
, along with hands-on experience in
building scalable ML pipelines
and
deploying models into production environments
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ML models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, time series).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Process and analyze large datasets using
    Python, Pandas, NumPy, SQL
    .
  • Deploy and monitor ML models in production using
    AWS, GCP, or Azure
    , and tools like
    Docker/Kubernetes
    .
  • Optimize and retrain models based on performance feedback and drift detection.
  • Write clean, efficient, testable code with proper documentation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest in
    machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies
    .

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    experience developing and deploying ML models in production.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and ML libraries (
    scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
    ).
  • Strong knowledge of
    data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    .
  • Experience with
    Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile development
    .
  • Familiarity with
    software engineering principles, API development, and MLOps practices
    .
