KIDS Hospital seeks to hire a CFO with the following description:
Preferred 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with more preference given to those with hospital background experience. Educational background should be CA/CMA.

Job Role:
1. Prepare, standardise, and monitor internal financial KPIs for each department and service cluster on a monthly basis.

2. Preparation of monthly MIS (including P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement) and supervising month-end closure activities.

3. Do the root-cause analysis of variances in the numbers pertaining to separate periods and provide commentary for the same.

4. Analyse monthly operating results against budget, and discuss results amongst senior leadership team for rethinking and/or realigning business plans/priorities.

5. Lead fundraising efforts (equity/debt) by preparing business plans, cash flow projections, project budgets, investor reports/MIS, investor pitch decks, board meeting decks, etc.

6. Streamline vendor management and purchase department operations, and lead contract negotiations and capex investment decisions.

7. Lead the preparation and closure of annual budget for entire company.

Skills Required:
1. Result oriented, strategic thinker, and methodical planner.

2. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS office & Microsoft Dynamics SL (or similar financial reporting software).

**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
