We also provide a range of inputs line seeds, fertilisers, pesticides and cattel feeds. Our goal is to connect producers directly with the market, ensuring better prices for farmers and high-quality products for consumers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Bhubaneshwar. The CEO will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Key daily tasks include overseeing finance and operations, developing business plans, driving sales initiatives, and implementing strategic planning. The CEO will also ensure the efficient sourcing, distribution, and marketing of farm products.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and Business Planning skills
  • Experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning
  • Proven ability in Sales and driving growth initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or masters in social work, rural development, rural management in related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in FPO operational atea
