About the Role:
Identity Group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Sales Officer with strong expertise in driving sales across diverse domains. The ideal candidate will bring 15–25 years of experience and demonstrate proven leadership in Education, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Corporate Sales.
This role requires a long-term commitment, exceptional client-handling skills, and the ability to deliver consistent growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
· Drive revenue growth across multiple business domains (Education, F&B, Hospitality, Corporate).
· Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue.
· Direct and supervise the sales team to achieve target goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
· Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
Requirements:
· 15–25 years of proven work experience in sales leadership.
· Hands-on experience as a Chief Sales Officer is mandatory.
· Strong track record in at least two or more domains: Education, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Corporate Sales.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to strategise and execute.
· Leadership qualities with a focus on long-term growth and team development.
· Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar.
