Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive-level administrative tasks, including coordinating the CEO's calendar, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, and supporting day-to-day operations. The role also involves providing executive-level support to optimize efficiency and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Executive Support and Diary Management
  • Competency in preparing and managing detailed Expense Reports
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable
