We're Hiring | Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

OASYS is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead our financial strategy and governance — driving excellence across our large-scale
government PMU (Program Management Unit) projects
and technology initiatives.


Role Overview

As the CFO, you'll serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team — steering fiscal management, ensuring compliance with statutory and public-sector requirements, and enabling long-term financial growth within a process-driven technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and governance for
    multi-crore government contracts
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
    under Companies Act, SEBI, GST, Ind AS/IFRS, and public procurement norms
  • Oversee fund management, audits, and government reporting (CAG/PMU)
  • Drive
    ERP-led financial automation
    and data-driven decision-making
  • Mentor and empower a high-performing finance team


What We're Looking For

  • CA / CMA
    (MBA Finance preferred)
  • 15+ years
    of financial leadership, including 5+ years in a senior/CFO role
  • Proven expertise in
    government contracting, compliance, and financial governance
  • Strong command over ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
    and financial analytics
  • Integrity, vision, and a collaborative leadership style
