Role Overview :

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Bhubaneswar office. The role is hands-on and involves managing and scaling cloud infrastructure, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Manage, scale, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.

- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

- Administer Kubernetes clusters and Linux-based systems for high availability and scalability.

- Ensure infrastructure reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions for incident prevention.

- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python or Shell scripting.

- Manage and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and reliability.

- Implement and maintain infrastructure security best practices (IAM, TLS, firewalls).

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release management and deployments.

- Provide on-site support during critical infrastructure events.

Must-Have Skillsets :

- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure.

- Strong expertise in AWS or Azure cloud services (compute, networking, databases, storage).

- Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster management and Linux administration.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps).

- Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Good-to-Have Skillsets :

- Knowledge of networking and security fundamentals (IAM, TLS, firewalls, VPNs).

- Proficiency in automation scripting (Python / Shell).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
