Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the retail packaged tea division. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through modern trade, general trade, and distribution channels, while building a strong market presence and team across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategy for packaged tea in retail markets.

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks.

Drive sales through GT, MT, and institutional channels.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Coordinate with marketing and supply chain for smooth operations.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
