Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Head, located in Kolkata. The B2B Sales Head will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions. The role also includes overseeing team performance, coaching and mentoring team members, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the B2B sales department , setting and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Identify and onboard corporate, institutional, and reseller clients . Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing relationships. Negotiate deals, pricing, and contracts with corporate clients and distributors. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure timely order execution. Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues to maintain long-term partnerships. Analyze sales reports, performance data, and pipeline to forecast revenue. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Mentor and guide the B2B sales team to achieve high performance and client retention. Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (CTC)
