Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the **B2B segment** through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)** in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- **2-5 years** of B2B sales experience in **Safety, Manufacturing, or Telecom** industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial / enterprise client needs and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience selling **industrial safety equipment, telecom solutions, or manufacturing products/services**.
- Knowledge of tendering and institutional sales processes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
