  5. Create order confirmation if necessary
  6. Shipping information
  7. Invoice creation
  8. Checking outgoing invoices (also from Ersa) // 4-eyes principle
  9. Payment reminder to customers

  10. Adminstration of Ersa

  11. Send orders received by KE India to Ersa

  12. Send inquiries, which are received by KE India, to Ersa
  13. Forward service/installation logs to Ersa
  14. Backoffice sales
  15. Maintain customer address
  16. Support Sales team

  17. Organising Trade fairs and Event

  18. Active participation in Events planned through out the year

  19. Travel organization
  20. Organization of premises (hotel, catering, equipment, etc.)
  21. Organization of shipment of all necessary equipment
  22. Providing customer addresses
  23. Sending e-mail invitations
  24. Follow-up of invitations
  25. Contributing improvements and ideas

  26. Office administration

  27. Office organization

  28. Administration of documents - digital and print filing

  29. Personnel management

  30. Payrolls of each employee must be sent to External agency in due time

  31. Maintaining a confidential employee file
  32. Work through checklist for new hires
  33. Induction plan for new hires

  34. Office equipment / Supplies/Promotional material

  35. Necessary procurement

  36. Knowledge on SAP

  37. KE India is connected to the SAP network, eliminating many manual tasks. Knowledge of SAP is desirable
