- Organization of premises (hotel, catering, equipment, etc.)
- Organization of shipment of all necessary equipment
- Providing customer addresses
- Sending e-mail invitations
- Follow-up of invitations
Contributing improvements and ideas
Office administration
Office organization
Administration of documents - digital and print filing
Personnel management
Payrolls of each employee must be sent to External agency in due time
- Maintaining a confidential employee file
- Work through checklist for new hires
Induction plan for new hires
Office equipment / Supplies/Promotional material
Necessary procurement
Knowledge on SAP
KE India is connected to the SAP network, eliminating many manual tasks. Knowledge of SAP is desirable
