Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance, handling clerical duties, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The Administrative Assistant will support the management team and help ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
