Job Title: Front Office Assistant – Admin Support

Location: Bangalore

Department: Administration

Reporting To: Admin Manager / Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and efficient Front Office Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our visitors and also provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Duties:


•               Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.


•               Manage the front desk – answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.


•               Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.


•               Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.


•               Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner.

Administrative Support:


•               Assist with organizing meetings, bookings, and logistics.


•               Maintain and order office supplies and pantry items.


•               Support with travel bookings, vendor coordination, and service requests.


•               Manage conference room bookings and ensure readiness.


•               Assist HR/Admin team in organizing employee engagement or office events.


•               Maintain files and records as per company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


•               Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


•               1–3 years of experience in front office/admin roles.


•               Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


•               Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


•               Strong organizational and multitasking
