We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead revenue growth, manage enterprise client relationships, and build a high-performance sales function. The role requires a mix of strategic hunting, account management, and sales leadership. The individual will work closely with the founders and product teams to align sales strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategy for enterprise, mid-market, and fintech clients.
- Build, manage, and scale the sales team with performance-driven culture.
- Partnerships & Growth
- Identify, structure, and close strategic partnerships with banks, aggregators, and fintech players.
- Expand Paywize's presence in new market segments.
- Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Own and deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
- Create and manage robust sales pipeline with strong forecasting.
- Client Success & Retention
- Work with support and operations teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Develop account expansion and upselling opportunities.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on competitor moves, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales/business development (preferably fintech, SaaS, banking, or payments).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong network across fintech, BFSI, and enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in leading and scaling sales teams.
