**Job Description**:
As an Interior Residential Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by cultivating relationships with residential clients and guiding them through the design process. You will collaborate closely with our design team to create customised solutions that exceed client expectations. This role requires a passion for interior design, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential residential clients.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Present design proposals and product recommendations to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions that align with client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business through exceptional service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position “House Of Designs” as a leader in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in residential sales, with a focus on interior design services.
- Strong understanding of design principles and trends in residential interiors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage a sales pipeline.
