We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding targets.**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
**Product Presentation and Consultation**:
- Conduct engaging product presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our commercial interior products.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with them to provide customized solutions.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, design, and integration into commercial spaces.
**Quoting and Proposal Management**:
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on client specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
**Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market intelligence.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level networking skills.
- Passion for sales.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,525.25 per month
