Job Title: Sales Executive
Introduction:
Pedrollo Pumps Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality Italian pumps, is seeking a Sales Executive & Senior Sales Executive to join our team at our Bangalore office in Rajajinagar.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the OEM and project segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Sales to OEM customers:
Identify and develop relationships with new OEM customers in the industrial sector, such as chiller manufacturers and heat pump industries and ect.
Follow up with existing OEM customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
Sales of Pressure Booster Pumps and Dewatering Pumps:
Cater to domestic and commercial projects, providing solutions for pressure booster and dewatering applications.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the project segment.
Sales Growth and Development:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pump industry or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English and local languages.
