As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer & Sales Consultant to join our team.

**Job Overview**:As an Interior Designer & Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, conceptualising design ideas, and effectively communicating the value of our services. This role involves both creative design aspects and sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and functional requirements.

Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts that align with client expectations.

Develop detailed design proposals, including mood boards, floor plans,2D and 3D renderings.

Present and articulate design concepts to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

Provide accurate and transparent project cost estimates.

Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and negotiations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design techniques.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

Proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably in "Interior Designing & Sales (Residential)".

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of colour theory, spatial arrangements, and design principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional designs.
