Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager with strong experience in the Pharma industry, specifically handling Orthopaedic Products and Medical Devices. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor networks, leading the sales team, and developing strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the assigned territory.
• Promote and market Ortho and Medical Device products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments for product expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives/Sales Executives.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility across distributors and hospitals.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and technical teams to support field operations.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
