Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Area Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations in the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, managing and supporting the sales team, monitoring sales targets, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, and reporting on sales performance to the higher management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development and sales team management
- Strong market analysis and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the tea industry or FMCG sector is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
