Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves overseeing day-to-day activities such as managing accounts, conducting market research, and coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will monitor competitor activities and participate in business strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing: Strong skills in sales management, business development, and market analysis.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Leadership and Planning: Experience in team management, strategic planning, and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and negotiation techniques.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with pipes and fittings or similar products in the building and infrastructure industry is preferred.
  • Additional Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of the regional market and fluency in local languages will be an advantage.
