Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per security protocol.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update employee attendance and contact details.
- Manage courier, dispatches, and postal requirements.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or guests.
- Maintain stock of office supplies and stationery; raise purchase requests when needed.
- Support HR and Admin teams in onboarding, documentation, and event coordination.
- Handle petty cash and maintain related records.
Facility & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Liaise with vendors for office repairs, AMC renewals, and service agreements.
- Monitor utility payments and ensure timely renewals (electricity, internet, etc.).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Hospitality / Commerce).
- 1–4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
- Experience in handling reception, facility management, or HR coordination will be an added advantage.
Language Known:
- Telegu
- Hindi
- English.
Work Schedule:
Full-time | Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Saturday (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
