Front Desk Receptionist

**Role**:
The **Front Office Executive** in a hospital is responsible for providing a **professional and welcoming experience** to patients and visitors.
They **manage patient registration, appointments, billing coordination**, and ensure the **smooth flow of front-desk operations**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome patients and visitors in a **friendly, respectful** manner.
- **Register new patients** and maintain **accurate patient records** in the hospital system.
- **Schedule and manage appointments** for doctors, specialists, and diagnostic tests.
- Guide patients regarding **consultation fees, admission process, billing, and payments**.
- Help in **admission and discharge formalities**.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, diagnostic departments, and pharmacy teams.
- Handle **patient complaints or feedback** and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain **visitor log books** and manage visitor passes as per hospital policies.
- Ensure the **reception area** is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain **confidentiality** of patient information.
- Support the **insurance claim process** (if needed).
- Assist in **basic administrative tasks** like documentation, photocopying, and reports.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
