**Salary**: Upto 45k Inhand per month.

This is a full-time on-site Customer Relations Executive (Front Desk) role located in Hyderabad at The Colosseum. The responsibilities include managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication.

As the first point of contact for our brand, the Front Desk Customer Relations Executive plays a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and lasting impression on our customers. This position requires an individual who is not only presentable and personable but also highly organized and customer-focused.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Direct customers efficiently to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and attentive communication.
- Actively collect customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams for service improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Attend to VIP clients with special care and prioritize their needs.
- Handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with poise and efficiency.
- Maintain the front desk area and showroom floor ambiance, ensuring a neat, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere.
- Record and track information about walk-in customers to understand preferences and enhance future interactions.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending inquiries.
- Provide clear and comprehensive information about the brand’s products and services.
- Take initiative and complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Consistently deliver top-tier support and work to continuously improve the customer experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
