**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in showcasing jewelry collections to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Keep track of customer preferences, purchase history, and special occasions.
- Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and product offerings.
- Provide accurate information about the materials, craftsmanship, and design of jewelry pieces.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, promotions, and VIP experiences.
- Attend store events to engage with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
- Suggest improvements in customer service processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Education**:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
