Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand clients' needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Prepare and present business proposals or quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Strategy Support
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Attend business meetings, events, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Provide feedback from the market to improve products or services.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, leads, and conversions.
Track competitors' activities and market trends.
