Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Kochi. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving inside sales, generating leads, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key tasks include identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
