We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue/admission targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.


• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.


• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for revenue, client onboarding, or admissions.


• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.


• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and presentations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven experience in sales/business development (preferred in IT/EdTech/Service sector).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.


• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure.


• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
