Location: Remote / India (Shift: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST)

Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Cold Outreach Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline through targeted lead generation and outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for engaging with global B2B prospects.
As a key player in the sales development process, you will research and identify potential leads, craft personalized outreach sequences, and optimize campaign performance using data and automation tools. Your efforts will directly support the sales team in booking qualified meetings and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Research and build targeted lead lists across various industries and regions.
Create and refine personalized cold outreach emails and LinkedIn messages to boost engagement.
Monitor and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTRs, responses) to optimize outreach strategies.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and follow-up sequences.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) to manage outreach workflows, automation, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, SDR/BDR, or similar roles (preferably in SaaS or IT industry).
Proven experience in running cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Freshsales.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills in English.
Familiarity with AI tools for content adaptation and localization is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and campaign optimization.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently toward defined targets.
