About the Role:
Skylane Solutions is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage end-to-end sales processes. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while mentoring the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales with end-to-end sales cycle management.
- Must have knowledge of digital marketing services.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
