Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (Direct Sales) with excellent communication and sales skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals in the IT services or SaaS domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales channels.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach to generate leads.
- Present IT services and solutions to potential clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in direct sales/inside sales (IT services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
