Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for CDP and DCDP chefs, located in Gurugram. Chefs will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to specified recipes and standards. They will also assist in the creation of new menu items, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaboration with other team members is essential to maintain a smooth operation and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and presentation skills
  • Experience in menu creation and kitchen inventory management
  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and maintain a positive work environment
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Formal culinary training and relevant industry experience
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
