Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients interested in Real Estate projects.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and close sales.
  • Present property details, pricing, and features clearly and persuasively to potential buyers.
  • Assist clients in understanding project details, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Schedule site visits with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
  • Good understanding of the real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to handle client queries professionally and close deals effectively.
