Shift 1 : US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
Shift 2 : India Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our US shift team in Delhi NCR.
As an SDR, you'll be at the frontline of our sales process—identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients in the US market. This is a high-impact role where you will build relationships, create sales opportunities, and work closely with senior sales executives on large enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Drive outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers in the US.
Qualify Leads: Understand client pain points, budgets, and timelines to qualify opportunities effectively.
Book Sales Meetings: Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales Executives with qualified prospects.
Leverage CRM & Tools: Manage pipeline activities, track engagement, and maintain accurate records.
Market & Account Research: Stay updated on industry trends and prospect companies to support strategic outreach.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing to align messaging and ensure smooth handover of opportunities.
What You Need
Experience: Minimum 1 year in outbound/inside sales (preferably US process, B2B).
Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Mindset: Comfortable with night shifts, result-driven, and eager to grow in a global sales environment.
