Team Leader – Attendance Software Sales

Job Location: Janakpuri, vikaspuri Delhi 110018

.Experience: 1–3 years in software sales (SaaS preferred),

1–2 years in team leadership

Job Role -We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage our sales executives and drive business growth for our Attendance Management Software.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, guiding the team, and building strong client relationships

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives.

Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth.

Train team members on product knowledge & sales skills.

Handle escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor performance, prepare sales reports, and share insights with management.

Requirements

Graduate/MBA with relevant sales experience.

Strong knowledge of attendance/HR/payroll software.

Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills.Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
