Lead brand positioning, product visibility, and promotional campaigns etc.
Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to launch impactful ATL/BTL campaigns.
Drive new product development (NPD) market entries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in advertising and labeling for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafs).
Optimize route-to-market strategies for urban, semi-urban, and rural areas.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Strengthen relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Coordinate with finance and commercial departments to ensure timely billing, collections, and pricing strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with 15+ years of experience in sales of beverage items in Africa will be preferred.
