Role Overview
At Segumento, data isn't just numbers; it's the new currency of smart marketing. As a Senior Growth Partner, you'll be at the frontlines of converting Segumento's privacy-first data intelligence into real revenue. You'll drive early- stage partnerships, fuel business development meetings, and co-create value with agencies, insight platforms, and data driven businesses.

This is a high-impact role for someone who's ready to hustle, learn fast, and grow deep in the world of AdTech, MarTech, and Data Monetisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects across marketing, research, and agency ecosystems Translate Segumento's data products into compelling sales conversations
  • Support pitches, RFPs, and product discussions alongside the Manager – Data Monetisation Nurture partner relationships and track renewals, feedback, and product adoption Collaborate with product and strategy teams to align expectations and delivery
  • Stay plugged into trends around clean rooms, privacy, and data-driven activation

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships in AdTech, MarTech, or data driven solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a bonus but not a must)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, you enjoy explaining abstract ideas with clarity Curiosity about how data powers advertising, audience segmentation, or research
  • Go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn, iterate, and hustle
  • Team player who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments
