This role blends sales, business development, and partner success, and is critical to scaling our channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch our platform and value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Identify and build a pipeline of qualified channel/reseller partners.
  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Manage partner performance across volume, revenue, and activation metrics.
Partner Account Management
  • Owning partner relationships through regular reviews and check-ins.
  • Enabling partners with training, sales kits, and ongoing support.
  • Monitoring account health, usage, and surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
  • Partnering with marketing on co-branded campaigns and enablement kits.
  • Collaborating with onboarding, product, and delivery teams to ensure success.
  • Sharing partner insights to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners, timelines, and revenue goals simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and performance metrics.
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
