About the Role

This is a senior partner account executive position where you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing partners and driving their success through structured growth initiatives.

As a key accounts manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, addressing their queries, providing support, and ensuring smooth collaboration. You will also identify and execute growth opportunities for partners to increase revenue and market penetration, develop tailored partner success roadmaps, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize partner offerings and maximize impact.

You will design and implement structured partner growth programs to enhance engagement and productivity, provide training, insights, and resources to equip partners with the latest product updates and best practices, and monitor partner performance and identify areas for optimization through data-driven analysis.

Additionally, you will work closely with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, driving demand generation and revenue growth. You will align partner marketing initiatives with our product launches, campaigns, and market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development in a SaaS/B2B tech environment">
  • Proven track record of managing and growing existing partnerships">
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service), WhatsApp Business API, and digital marketing solutions">
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills">
