Role & responsibilities
Facility Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, and landscaping.
- Manage technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, DG sets, STP/WTP).
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
Vendor & Client Management
- Handle vendor selection, contract management, and service-level compliance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure service delivery as per agreed KPIs/SLAs.
- Conduct periodic client meetings and provide MIS reports.
People & Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate staff deployment across shifts.
- Conduct training and skill development programs for facility staff.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and motivation of workforce.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws).
- Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions.
Cost & Performance Management
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations.
- Monitor expenses and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (energy savings, manpower efficiency).
