Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Manager/AGM to head the Freight Forwarding Operations at OfficeFrameWork Operations Center Pvt Ltd. The role involves overseeing daily operations in freight forwarding, ensuring smooth logistical processes, managing a team of professionals, and maintaining high service delivery standards. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize operations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining exceptional communication with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • To head the international Freight forwarding end to end operations for Air & Ocean Freight
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
