Dear Candidate,

We are currently hiring for CRM position at an Engineer Company at Pune Location

  • Managed end-to-end workshop operations, including vehicle reporting, RSA coordination, job allocation, and customer communication.
  • Acted as the single point of contact for customers, efficiently resolving complaints, escalations, and technical concerns.
  • Coordinated with field service teams for technical troubleshooting and support on commercial vehicles.
  • Handled warranty, AMC, PDI, and en-route claims with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Conducted root cause analysis on failed components and submitted technical reports to the OEM service team.
  • Ensured consistent availability of spare parts and lubricants, contributing to the growth of the spare parts business.
  • Monitored key service metrics such as workshop turnover, profitability, and service absorption through process optimization.
  • Improved dealer performance by enhancing SSI/CSI scores, increasing customer retention, and driving service contract renewals.
  • Visited key and new customers to gather feedback and enhance overall service satisfaction.
  • Supported training initiatives and skill mapping for technicians to uphold service quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
